As the highly anticipated event of the year approaches - here is some information that will be helpful.
Tickets WILL be available at the gate the day of the event, until tickets are sold out. **Lines are going to be long regardless of whether you purchase pre-sale or day of. If you purchase tickets online- you will still be required to have the tickets validated at the entrance. Please be sure to PRINT the actual ticket - the invoice/ receipt will NOT be accepted Please plan to arrive early

PITS: Friday 11/25/22– Practice only, Pits only: $35/pp (all ages)
Saturday 11/26/22 – Complete Event - $45/pp (all ages)
GRANSTANDS: Friday 11/25/22 – Grandstands NOT open
Saturday 11/26/22 - $25/ adult (all ages),
$18/ student (6-17)
Children 5 and under are free
2 day passes (Friday & Saturday) are available online now through Friday until 6pm
*Please note- you may see individuals in the grandstands Saturday prior to grandstands opening. Please understand, these individuals have purchased Pit passes, and are able to pass freely between pits and grandstands

Advanced ticket purchases: For all advance ticket purchases you will be required to present a valid ID, at the ticket booth, for ALL individuals on your receipt – NO EXCEPTIONS. Please be sure you print out the actual ticket. The invoice will not be accepted as a valid ticket for entry. All individuals on the property will be required to exchange their ticket for a wristband (this applies to pits & grandstands). Any unclaimed/ unused tickets are non-refundable
Tickets will be available the day of the event at the ticket booths.

All parking is 1st come 1st serve. 4-17 SSE staff, VIP, and handicap are the only vehicles that will be parking in the “normal” parking areas. In order to access this area, a handicap window/ license plate placard – or- VIP tag must be displayed. If you do not have proper parking identification, you will be directed to general parking. We will not be allowing any vehicles to “just drop off something real quick”. General parking areas are highlighted in “yellow”. Please use Cheney Rd to access parking areas.
Camping area is also 1st come 1st serve.
DO NOT park on the NE side of Piper Rd. The Airport will tow your vehicle
Camper/ Motorhome Parking:
? Must be fully self contained – no hook ups of any type available
? No open flames of any type
? No drones, fireworks, pyro technics, weapons, or glass containers
? Must pick up your area each morning and evening. Please bag your trash
and place in dumpster provided
? All dogs MUST remain on leash at all times. You MUST pick up after your
dog. No pets are allowed in the venue (Pits or grandstands)
? Please be courteous to your neighbor. We are all here to have a great weekend. Many individuals have recently been through at least one devastating ordeal in the past several weeks – BE KIND

As most of you are aware – SW Florida was devastated by Hurricane Ian on Sept 28-29, 2022. Many local hotels, campgrounds, homes, and businesses were decimated. If you are still need of overnight accommodations, please check the following sites.

All of the areas above are approximately 30-45 minutes from this race track. The race track and the surrounding areas are not nearly as pretty to look at, as they were on September 27,2022……. But we are re-building and we are standing strong. We are open!
